Weigh In – Week 1

It’s been a great week! I’ve started to feel like I can push myself at the gym, and my eating has been pretty good. I’ve binged on one occasion, but stopped myself before it got too far, and still didn’t go over my caloric intake for the day (though, as usual, I busted through the sugar intake no problem). I ran and I lifted – two things I haven’t done in almost 3 years. I can already tell I’m starting to get fitter, even if I do have a long way to go. It can only get easier, right?
